Position

Peter is co- head of the Insolvency and Restructuring team. He is a very experienced insolvency lawyer and bankruptcy trustee. For nearly 40 years involved in bankruptcies. He also regularly represents clients on insolvency and corporate law related matters.

Career

Peter is and has been involved in a lot of board positions, both in the public and private domain.  He is former managing partner of the firm and author of several publications.
