Eduardo is a lawyer with over 17 years of experience and is a founding partner at the firm and a litigation expert, who specialises in digital law. He frequently acts on cases concerning regulatory matters and freedom of speech on the internet. He is currently responsible for importante cases in the Brazilian superior courts. 

Eduardo is a Professor of Constitutional Law and Digital Law in the graduate and undergraduate courses of UniCEUB. He is a member of the National Committee of Constitutional Studies of the Brazilian Bar Association – Federal Council (OAB/BR). He is the author of a book on the constitutional aspects of public finances, as well as several chapters and articles, both in specialized periodicals and newspapers.
