Career
Ricardo Delvalle has practiced law for more than ten years in the areas of administrative law, commercial and civil law, and conflict resolution. He advises international and local clients in their ongoing operations. Additionally, he has an important practice in estate planning providing services for families, wealth managers and private funds.
He has participated in several of the country’s largest projects of the last decade in the education, construction, energy, oil and gas, industrial and infrastructure sectors. His work encompasses project development, including administrative, investment and financing issues.
He is currently a member of the board of directors of the Georgetown University Club of Panama and a member of the McDonough GCL Advisory Committee of Georgetown University, Washington D.C. Privately, he is also a member of the board of directors of Unión Nacional de Empresas, S.A. (UNESA), which is a publicly traded company in Panama with subsidiaries in the real estate, consumers and hospitality sectors, as well as others.
