This whole-permanent advice usually begins with a tender formulation phase, continuing through the adjudication, engineering and construction stages. If required, the exploitation phase of the contract may be covered by the department as well.
The department has a highly specialised team of lawyers, with experience in complex litigation and arbitration, especially regarding the litigation of both public and private infrastructure contracts, and other types of construction contracts.
