Buket Altufan is the partner leading the dispute resolution practice at YAK representing Turkish and international clients in litigations involving a wide range of civil matters as well as administrative proceedings and lawsuits, arbitrations, mediations, settlements during and outside of the court proceedings and alternative dispute resolutions in various economic sectors. Her practice also covers execution proceedings, bankruptcy and liquidations proceedings, enforcement, family and labor disputes.
Ms. Altufan with the team of dedicated lawyers provides full legal assistance to the clients on all aspects of their actual and potential disputes. Her practice spans various sectors through retail, textile, food, and beverage to construction, energy, infrastructure, and telecommunication, in which she acts for a wide range of clientele including family businesses. Ms. Altufan regularly litigates and advises on family law, inheritance, and employment matters.
Buket Altufan also has extensive experience and legal background on real estate related contracts and transactions as well as real estate dispute resolution. She represents lead players in the construction and infrastructure sector covering their collections and disputes with tenants and suppliers.
