Career

Magdalena Kaleta-Maniak specializes in TMT / e-commerce law and personal data protection. She also provides day-to-day advice on marketing and advertising law and consumer law.

As part of her regular activities, she advises the largest Polish Internet stores and services. She supports Clients in their current operations and sales activities as well as in the implementation of new solutions and technologies. She conducts audits of websites, mobile applications, necessary documents, procedures, and content. She is responsible for compliance of applied practices and contractual provisions with consumer rights.

She supports Clients both in building a marketing strategy and current marketing activities (online and offline), ensuring security of data and message flows. She regularly publishes on portals dedicated to the marketing industry.

As an expert on personal data – both in the area of e-commerce and marketing, as well as in general business – Magdalena has implemented the GDPR in several entities, including international capital groups. Speaker at industry conferences and author of publications on this field. She is the author of publications in expert magazines, including the magazine ODO.

Associated with OW since 2013. Magdalena heads a team of TMT / e-commerce and personal data protection advisors.
