With nearly 20 years of experience in all facets of employment law, she has an in-depth understanding of the interest of domestic and international employers, as well as regularly supporting employees in various cases. She has extensive experience in corporate reorganisations and individual cases involving rescission or dissolution. She has a special interest in cases involving employee co-determination, and is expert in preparing balanced benefits packages for companies. Initiator and co-founder of Innangard, an international network of affiliated employment law firms.
