Career
Francesca joined the firm in 2008 and was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2010. At the start of her career, she focused on trademark clearance matters. She is now a Senior Lawyer within the firm and works in the litigation department, with a particular focus on anti-counterfeiting matters, trademark infringement and oppositions at both EU and local level. She also handles enforcement related matters and works closely with Malta Customs in this respect. Francesca also assists the administrative department of the firm in the prosecution of trademark, patent and design matters.

Member of the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA) and of the International Trade Mark Association (INTA).
Education
Francesca read law at the University of Malta and graduated Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) in 2009. She was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2010 and she also possesses a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law, which was awarded by Queen Mary University of London in 2014.
