Career

David’s general and civil litigation portfolio includes representing clients in cases involving breach of contract, breach of trust and fiduciary duties, land law and land acquisition matters and torts including negligence, nuisance and trespass. He has regularly appeared in land reference proceedings to defend the Award by the Land Administrator. He has and continues to advise and represent major utility companies in Malaysia in diverse aspects of their operations.

David has an active portfolio and has been recognised by his peers and clients in the area of employment law. In addition to representing clients in court, he advises on employment related issues such as dismissal, reorganisation and retrenchment, voluntary separation scheme and trade union disputes.
