Bernard Abad is currently part of the Firm’s litigation and dispute resolution team. His practice involves civil, criminal, labor, land registration, immigration, and administrative cases before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Regional Trial Courts, Metropolitan Trial Courts, Sandiganbayan, National Labor Relations Commission, Bureau of Immigration, and National Telecommunications Commission, among others. He has experience in corporate rehabilitation, estate settlement, contract and legal opinion drafting, and due diligence review.

An alumnus of San Beda College (Manila), he earned his degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship in 2003 and completed his law studies in the same school. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009.
