Career
Jonathan Hall has more than 20 years’ qualified experience specialising in inheritance tax and trust planning, advising on planning for retirement and business succession. He acts as a deputy of the Court of Protection and is a trusted advisor for a number of clients, acting as their attorney and managing their property and finances.
Jonathan deals with complex estate administration as well as issues of mental capacity and care home funding.
Memberships
Jonathan is a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and the Law Society Probate Section. He is also a trustee of numerous private trusts and sits on the boards of several local charities and not for profit organisations which represent the interests of local businesses on Dartmoor, such as the Dartmoor Wood Fuel Co-operative.
