Matthew Rose is an experienced solicitor who also holds a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. This allows him to take a holistic approach to succession planning and work seamlessly with financial advisers.

Matthew’s areas of expertise include will and trust preparationprobate, personal tax planning and Powers of Attorney. Some of Matthew’s specialisms include:

  • Advising business owners on tax efficient succession planning methods;
  • Advising farmers on optimising inheritance tax reliefs and on succession planning;
  • Creating trusts to protect disabled individuals;
  • Mitigating tax and protecting assets through the use of trusts;
  • Providing advice on mitigating Inheritance Tax;
  • Advising on capacity and elderly client issues and making applications to the Court of Protection; and
  • Succession planning for individuals with assets based abroad.
