Career

Graziano Cecchetti is a partner at the Barcelona Office. He is an Abogado (Spanish lawyer). Prior to joining Giambrone he worked in Italy and Spain where he was employed in a significant law firm and a well-known company where he gained invaluable commercial law experience.

Graziano primarily advises in private client matters including wealth management, where his activity is focused on advising foreign clients with financial interests, mainly relating to estate issues and probate in Spain. 

He also specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions working with international clients and global corporations on the sale and purchase of investment properties throughout Spain.  He assists with the transfer of equity, estate management, taxation and facilitating the acquisition of assets by way of inheritance.

Graziano also advises in cross-border matters in relation to personal injury litigation and has successfully obtained significant compensation for a number of clients involved in holiday accidents in Spain.  He also advises in cross-border criminal matters.
