Rhona is a Solicitor with 10 years’ immigration experience and primarily advises and assists with complex corporate and private client matters. She supports HR departments with the compliance complexities of holding a UK Sponsor Licence and the sponsorship system, to support new and existing hires through the full cycle of the immigration process. She supports corporate clients across a variety of sectors with all types of Sponsor Licence matters. This includes initial Sponsor Licence applications and renewals. Working with HR departments to keep them informed of relevant RTW guidance, reporting, and monitoring duties. She actively engages in providing bespoke training for her clients. Rhona also advises on family immigration, registration or naturalisation and Citizenship, plus EU and complex immigration work.
Career
Qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive at Payne Hicks Beach in 2017, qualified as a Solicitor and joined Dentons UK and Middle East LLP in 2019, where she was named a Key Lawyer in Immigration in the Legal 500 for 2022. Moved to Magrath Sheldrick in July 2022.
