Trainee Solicitor.
Cameron supports the team in various transactions including M&A, company restructuring and corporate finance.
Whilst studying on the LLB and Diploma, Cameron’s interests primarily focused on corporate and commercial areas of law. Cameron’s passion and knowledge for business has its foundations in being involved with his family’s hospitality business and he still manages the back-office aspects of their business. This provides Cameron with a unique insight and invaluable skills in the operation of SMEs and adopting changes from regulations and the law, to allow the core activities of a business to remain its main focus.
Cameron hopes to benefit both Macdonald Henderson and their clients from his commercial awareness and customer service background whilst learning from the talented team at Macdonald Henderson
Career
Cameron joined Macdonald Henderson’s corporate team as a Corporate Analyst in October 2022 and commenced his traineeship with the corporate team in May 2023.
