Diego Esposito is a partner based in the firm’s Milan office but has also spent 6 months on secondment to the firm’s headquarters in London and 10 months on secondment to the firm’s Hong Kong office.

Diego specializes in acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated lending, restructuring and structured finance, including High Yield bonds and SSRCF financing and private bonds structures. He has significant experience advising those on all sides of transactions, including arrangers, sponsors (including private equity sponsors), financing providers and borrowers in domestic and cross-border transactions.

Linklaters Studio Legale Associato‘ borrower-side banking and finance team is consistently sought out to advise on high-end domestic and international finance deals, including acquisition, leveraged and syndicated finance. Heading the firm’s Italian banking and finance group, Andrea Arosio is an acquisition and leveraged finance specialist, while Francesco Faldi has significant restructuring and insolvency experience.
