Career
Yaron is a partner in the Tel Aviv office, specialising in personal injury claims, with a focus on medical and professional malpractice as well as general torts and insurance. Yaron qualified in 1995 and is fluent in Hebrew and English.
He leads a team, acting on behalf of sick funds, hospitals and physicians, in a wide variety of legal and disciplinary proceedings in all instances. The team also represents defendants in professional negligence claims, general liability claims and motor vehicle compensation claims.
He has extensive experience in representing insurance companies, medical institutions, sick funds, doctors and other professionals.
Yaron deals with high profile cerebral palsy and obstetric claims, wrongful birth claims and a wide range of clinical medical negligence claims.
He is also a certified mediator.
