She has particular expertise in managing high level complex or tricky exits, dealing with team moves and associated restrictive covenant disputes and advising companies on clever strategies to minimise employee relations issues, effect a strong culture throughout the business and maximise productivity. 

Career

Anita trained at Vizards Wyeth and qualified and practised there between 1998-2006. She then joined Fox Lawyers as a Senior Associate between 2007-2010. Anita became Partner and set up the London Employment Team for Taylor Vinters in 2010 and left there in 2016 to join Winckworth Sherwood. Anita was a Partner there until 2019 and joined JMW in 2019 as a Partner and Head of Employment, London.
