Turhan is a skilled practitioner with special focus on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, project finance, consumer law and labour law. Over the years, he has assisted numerous domestic and multinational corporations, investment funds and finance institutions in various aspects of law. He has been involved in some of the main public and private acquisition transactions and project financings carried out in the Turkish market in the last decade. Turhan has been also providing legal assistance on regulatory matters to foreign investors engaged in various sectors.
