With extensive experience in brand protection and enforcement matters, Umut brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Umut has vast experience on brand protection and enforcement matters.
Umut’s practice encompasses a wide range of activities, including representing clients in market investigations, handling criminal cases before IP courts of First Instance and Courts of Appeal, managing customs proceedings and trainings, and conducting strategic criminal raids and seizures to effectively identify and halt violations of intellectual property rights. Notably, he possesses significant experience in combatting counterfeit goods in online marketplaces, an area of growing concern.
