Career

Ajša Stojković is an attorney at law with more than 8 years of experience. She is head of corporate and commercial department. Since 2015 she has been heading up the Corporate & Commercial Department. Ajša advises clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law. She supports both local and international clients in establishing their business in Serbia and particularly focuses on M&A, corporate governance, reorganization and contractual law. She has vast experience advising clients on banking and finance and real estate law. Ajša also has particular expertise in administrative law matters. As a member of the legal committee of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC), Ajša helps to actively shape and develop the legislative framework relevant for corporates doing business in Serbia. Ajša joined Aleksić & Associates in 2010.
