Ivana Maraš is the Head of Banking and Finance department and a member of the Managing Committee. Ivana has extensive experience advising clients in the banking sector on distressed asset transactions, restructuring, debt recovery through either out-of-court and or bankruptcy, execution, litigation and other related proceedings. The international legal directory, Legal 500, has recognised Ivana as one of the leading legal experts in banking and finance industry.

Her clients include international and local banks as well as financial institutions present in the Serbian market. Ivana also frequently advises clients on general corporate matters on a day-to-day basis.
