Mirčea Caran is an attorney at law and joined Aleksić & Associates in 2011. As co-head of the banking and finance department, he advises local and international clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, banking law, and real estate law. He has in-depth experience in advising clients in bankruptcy proceedings and restructurings with a particular focus on debt recovery management.  He assists clients from various industries spanning from the public sector, financial institutions, retail and consumer goods, telecommunications and energy and infrastructure.
