– Served for several years with the Lebanese Counsel for Development and Construction and sat for over fifteen years at the Board of the Legal Committee of the Lebanese Bank Association. 
– Extensive experience in a number of legal fields transportation and shipping.
– Specialized in corporate law, insurance, banking, commercial representation, agencies, franchising and intellectual property. 

– handled several arbitration disputes before the International Chamber of Commerce as well as before local arbitrators.
