Position

Pieter van den Brink is co-managing partner of the firm and co-heads the corporate/M&A department. With over 20 years’ experience, he specialises in M&A, private equity, joint ventures, partnerships, participations and advice and contracts in relation to corporate and commercial matters. He has extensive international experience in cross-border transactions. He typically represents national and international large and medium-size companies, shareholders, directors and (private equity) investors in various fields with a focus on food & beverage, retail, industry and business services. Pieter regularly lectures and publishes on corporate law subjects.

Career

Before the formation of Florent (2017), he was a partner at BLIX and at Van Doorne.
