Position
Simon heads the firm’s Sports Group. He is an experienced commercial disputes and regulatory lawyer with a sports industry focus. He is highly experienced in the representation of players, managers, agents, clubs and associations in disputes, providing them with specialist advice, including in connection with commercial contracts and sports specific regulations.
His experience includes over 40 FIFA, CAS and other domestic and foreign arbitrations. He has also acted on a number of high profile sporting and financial investigations. Simon joined Quastels in 2021 from the US firm Squire Patton Boggs.
