Founding Partner – Senior Partner in the Litigation Department
Career
Adv. Wilensky is one of the firm founders, and serves as a senior partner in the litigation department along with Ofer.
During his many years as a lawyer in commercial litigation, Adv. Wilensky has gained extensive experience and unique expertise in the analysis and in-depth handling of complex litigation files involving strategic understanding of client’s needs, mastery of the legal process intricacies and appearance in various courts in Israel.
Adv. Wilensky represents many clients in Israel and abroad in various fields of practice, especially corporate litigation and tenders, licensing issues, contract law, banking and securities, class actions, real estate litigation and estate management.
In addition, Adv. Wilensky utilizes his extensive experience and broad professional knowledge for ongoing counsel to selected clients in the areas of regulation and legal protection, including prevention of legal processes or termination thereof.
Before joining as a founding partner of the firm, Boaz worked at S. Horowitz & Co. and at the Furth Wilensky firm he founded in 2000 together with Adv. Ofer Furth.
