Adv Danny Belenkin is a partner in the firm, engaged in the fields of litigation, corporate and commercial law.

Danny specializes in representing and managing complex litigation disputes, dispute resolution and representing plaintiffs and defendants in courts and arbitrations in legal claims of high financial value.

Danny is known for his extensive experience and expertise in representation of both local and foreign clients in complex contractual disputes, as well as in issues of control disputes, liability of officers and directors.

Danny successfully represents our firm’s clients in complex control disputes between partners and shareholders, as well as in significant contractual disputes, through the use of a variety of legal, commercial and economic tools, and on the basis of tactical, strategic and psychological analysis of the conflict.

Through the accurate application of the professional knowledge and rich experience Danny has gained in managing commercial disputes, Danny provides the firm’s clients with a first-class legal service, leading a long line of victories in legal proceedings and excellent results in cases under his management.

Danny maintains a personal and humane approach to each client, and is attentive to the special needs and requirements of clients who are in a complicated situation of conducting legal proceedings.
