Career
He has over 10 years of experience in resolving disputes between entrepreneurs. He conducts and advises on disputes at every stage: pre-litigation, court and at the stage of enforcement of court decisions. He has represented clients in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. He has also advised clients on litigation termination strategies prior to a planned group reorganisation process. He has handled dozens of disputes for some of Poland’s largest financial institutions. He has also worked for entrepreneurs in many other industries, in particular in the construction, pharmaceutical and food/FMCG sectors. He gained experience in Warsaw law firms. He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed his legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He has been recognised three times as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 ranking in the Dispute Resolution category – in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
