Position

Blaž is an attorney at Ulčar & partnerji. He focuses on corporate law, litigation and public procurement, as well as restructuring and real estate. He also regularly advises clients in corporate law issues, foreign clients with regard to their establishment of their business in Slovenia, on commercial disputes and public procurement law. Among others, he recently advised one of the largest producers of electricity in Slovenia with successful completion of the largest energy infrastructure project in Slovenia in recent years and a leading regional venture capital fund in connection with the acquisition of a Slovenian producer of rubber products for the automotive industry.

Blaž started his career at the law office of Breda Razdevšek as a junior associate and continued at Ulčar & partnerji, where he practices law as an attorney since 2015.
