Pedro’s professional activity focuses mainly in the areas of litigation and arbitration.

He has extensive experience in civil and corporate litigation, advising clients, namely financial institutions and business groups, in the definition of strategies, preparation and monitoring of national and international judicial and arbitration proceedings related to commercial and financial contracts, distribution agreements and alternative energies, among others.

Pedro is also experienced in the resolution of criminal cases.

Additionally, Pedro has significant experience in processes of insolvency and recovery of companies, in all its aspects, advising and representing clients, both as creditors and debtors.
