Career

Prior to founding KCG Partners, Gabriella worked at the global law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel as a senior associate focusing on major investment projects, at Clifford Chance, dealing with real estate and M&A transactions and at Salans, focusing on real estate and corporate restructurings.

Gabriella is a recognised M&A practitioner and a noted real estate transaction specialist having vast experience in industrial development (including greenfield and brownfield investments), construction law and infrastructure. She has worked on many high-profile M&A and commercial deals, and advised on large-scale operational and process restructurings across a wide range of industrial sectors. She is a certified tax advisor and mediator.
