Partners – An esteemed member of the Budapest Bar, Gabriella is also a certified tax advisor and mediator. She has advised on large scale operational and process restructurings across a wide range of industrial sectors, and is a noted real estate transaction specialist. She is also vastly experienced in M&A, and has worked on many high-profile commercial and industrial deals.


Gabriella began her legal carrier as an associate at local firm Kővári Tercsák Salans, focusing on corporate restructuring and real estate. She later joined Clifford Chance Budapest and continued to advise on high-profile real estate and M&A transactions. After three years, she moved to Gide Loyrette Nouel to take a senior associate position, advising on major investment projects in Hungary. One of the eponymous founders of KCG Partners, she continues to advise her large and loyal client base on legal matters.
