Partner at Irwin Mitchell and heads the clinical negligence team in their Newcastle office. Many years of experience dealing with medical negligence claims on behalf of claimants and has dealt with a large number of cases including: birth injury and cerebral palsy claims; orthopaedic and surgical claims; accident and emergency claims; failure to diagnose cancer and oncology claims and claims resulting in fatality, also representing families at inquests in the Coroners court. Medical negligence claims can be very complex and Angela works with clients not only to recover the compensation they deserve but to obtain answers to questions many clients have following negligent medical treatment. Recovers interim payments whenever possible.
