Career

Irene’s practice focuses on Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Εnergy Law, Commercial Contracts and Real Estate Law. Irene advises and represents Greek and/or international clients in litigation cases, negotiations of contracts and corporate housekeeping matters, during their commercial activity in Greece. She especially advises companies on M&A transactions and corporate restructuring in the context of group reconstruction. She is currently a Legal Advisor – Member of the legal department to the natural gas distribution company in Attica, (EDA Attikis S.A), providing a full range of legal services related to the corporate issues of the aforesaid utility company, as well as legal services with respect to the procedures for the awarding, drafting and execution of all contracts involved (procurement, services, works, supply etc.) and the representation of the company before the courts. Irene also has a vast exposure to energy and natural resources sector projects including several wind and solar farm projects all over Greece.
