Olivier Delsupexhe is a founding partner of Meridian. He provides a specific expertise in major industrial projects, infrastructure works and energy (including renewables) on behalf of private and international bodies. He has acquired a specific know-how in civil engineering and construction contracts (such as the FIDIC suite of contracts).
Olivier specializes in arbitration on behalf of clients who instruct him to plead in French and English on matters involving international projects and contracts.
Counting on his 10-year experience in the shipping law industry, Olivier also advises on reinsurance disputes and more widely on international trade matters.
Olivier has graduated from Paris II (Panthéon-Assas – 2004) and obtained a post-graduate Masters in Contracts in Paris XI (Orsay – 2005)

Meridian est mandaté par de grandes d’entreprises d’ingénierie et du BTP pour les accompagner dans des projets publics et privés. L’équipe de six avocats intervient en conseil et en contentieux.
