Daniela Pitzek is a partner at Vavrovsky Heine Marth Rechtsanwälte in Vienna and heading the firm’s construction law practice, which she has grown into the premier offerings in Austria.

Having over 20 years of experience in advising clients in real estate development and construction law, Daniela provides end-to-end legal services in connection with real estate development projects – from property development and construction law to the relevant public and private law aspects of project realization to the utilization of real estate property including tenancy and condominium law.
