Career

Kevin Della Selva has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since December 2004.

She advises small and large companies in all the aspects of individual and collective employment law.

In addition to issues relating to the performance and termination of the employment agreement, she handles more specifically HR questions relating to GDPR and working time.

She teaches as a guest professor at the Haute Ecole Fransisco Ferrer.

She regularly publishes articles on practical labour law issues. She is the author of several articles published by Kluwer in the magazine “Actualités en bref – Contrats de travail”.

She is also co-author of a monograph published by Kluwer in 2017 on reinstatement after a period of incapacity to work, as well as of a composite work published in 2017 by Indicator on flexible and floating hours after the Peeters Act on feasible and manageable work.
