Career

Eirini Skouzou was born in November 1973 in Athens.

She studied law at the BBP Law School in London and holds a post-graduate degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and in Trilingual Translation from the University of Strasbourg. She is a graduate of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens in French Language and Literature. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association in 2013. She is an accredited mediator in civil and commercial disputes both in Cyprus and in Greece as per Law 3898/2010 by the Piraeus Mediation Center (P.M.C./KE.DI.P) and the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights.

Eirini has attended numerous seminars in legal and tax matters as well as in European and international legal affairs. She has also been translating legal and financial texts and interpreting in business meetings for over 15 years. From 2005 until 2011 she was an International Liaisons Manager at CSU Business Consultants S.A. Since 1999, Eirini participates in election observation missions organised by the EU and the OSCE in various countries whereas in 2015 she participated as a Legal Analyst in EU EOM Tanzania and in 2018 in EU EOM Sierra Leone and Madagascar 2018.

She has been working with our office since 2002 as an external associate and free-lance paralegal and as an advocate since 2013.
