Additionally, Levan provides strategic legal counsel to Duty Free operators on various legal and tax issues.
With extensive experience in conducting limited scope and comprehensive due diligence exercises, Levan is adept at facilitating deal closures and ensuring legal compliance throughout the process. As the leader of the litigation team, he brings a wealth of expertise to civil and administrative dispute resolution.
Levan built a solid foundation as an attorney and transactional lawyer, accumulating two decades of experience in corporate law, intellectual property law, tax law, and real estate law.
