Anouk specialises in health law and has a wealth of experience with cases involving data protection in the healthcare sector, complaints and disciplinary law, dismissals for poor performance, co-determination arrangements at healthcare providers and healthcare financing. She represents both healthcare providers and individual caregivers. She also assists healthcare providers and caregivers who are under investigation by the sector’s supervisory authorities (Youth Care Inspectorate(IGJ), the Healthcare Authority (NZa) and the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP)).

Before she joined Rutgers & Posch in 2017, Anouk worked for Nysingh, in the firm’s Healthcare practice. Anouk is a member of the editorial staff of healthcare law journal GZR Updates.

Anouk was chosen by healthcare management and policy website Zorgvisie as one of its ‘top healthcare lawyers’ for 2018, listed both in the general Top 10 and in the categories ‘Regulatory’, ‘Privacy and Duty of Confidentiality’ and ‘Medical Disciplinary Law’.
