Jennie is a Director in Freeths’ Construction team and specialises in all aspects of construction law, with particular expertise in advising on disputed accounts on standard and bespoke construction contracts. She has a wealth of experience in acting for both claimants and defendants on a large number of construction disputes and is experienced in resolving disputes through litigation, arbitration, mediation and adjudication – and has been involved in a number of reported cases.

Jennie is also experienced in advising clients on transactional construction matters and regularly advises on and drafts both bespoke and standard forms of construction contracts and associated documents. Her clients include local authorities, banks, developers, contractors, landowners, architects and engineers. Jennie provides training and workshops to industry professionals and regularly presents on recent updates in construction law.
