Career

Susanne Schmidt specializes in advising clients on trademark and design law as well as competition law. Her expertise includes the development and management of extensive trademark portfolios, strategic advice to clients on trademark and design applications, as well as out-of-court and in-court representation in trademark and design infringement cases. She advises domestic and foreign clients and, in the field of trade mark law, also advises on questions of the protection of work titles and domain law. In addition, she regularly consults clients on licensing and R&D agreements.

She is active in ECTA Committee work and a contributor in Practitioner’s Guidebooks in the field of IP law as well as work title law.
