Brian is a Partner in Corrigan & Corrigan with 15 years continuous and in-depth involvement and experience in all aspects of every aspect of insurance related litigation and dispute resolution, in particular:

• Defending claims at Supreme, Court of Appeal, High, Circuit and District Court level
• Bullying and stress claims
• Property damage claims
• Indemnity disputes – arbitration
• Handling public liability, employers liability and product liability claims including psychiatric injury, bullying and stress related litigation
• Catastrophic Injury Claims.
