Hill Dickinson LLP regularly handles shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, breach of contract claims, environmental claims, commercial fraud, defamation, IP, procurement and competition cases. The team is also noted for its arbitration expertise and is often instructed on cases with an international element. Team head Fiona Parry is representing HS Barrier Coatings in a £2.1m breach of contract claim concerning work taking place in a Ministry of Defence shipyard in Scotland, and represented Aquarius Holdings in relation to claims against the former captain of a super yacht, and other associated companies and individuals, for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. Medway Council, Stobart Group, Bourne Leisure, United Utilities Water and Electricity North West are also clients. Other key figures include Phil Sheard and Paul Walsh, who is experienced in IT litigation, and legal director +Nina Ferris.
