Career

Archimidis is an Advocate/Associate at KINANIS LLC and he brings extensive expertise in Commercial law matters.

In 2016, Archimidis obtained his Law degree from Nottingham Trent University and later in 2018, he furthered his legal education by completing his LLM in Shipping Law at Cardiff University.

He has extensive experience in reviewing and drafting corporate and commercial documentation as participating in the preparation of legal due-diligence reports.

In addition to his corporate work, Archimidis has significant experience in civil and commercial litigation, representing clients before the Courts of Cyprus in various Cyprus law matters. He has represented clients in complex and high-value commercial disputes, involving obtaining and resisting freezing orders, jurisdictional challenges, and insolvency proceedings.

Since 2021, Archimidis is an accredited Mediator and Arbitrator having successfully completed a 40-hour mediation training program held by the Cyprus Consumer Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
