Yiolanda has an overall 12 years of experience in the industry, 8 of which practising as a qualified advocate. She specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law, M&A and Banking & Finance. More specifically, Yiolanda is experienced in cross border mergers and reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, banking and finance transactions both on the local and international market, intellectual property as well as EU regulatory matters.

Yiolanda’s extensive and well-rounded experience in corporate matters includes, inter alia, working on numerous high-profile projects and transactions, including debt restructurings and reorganisations of international groups. Yiolanda has also performed complex legal due diligences for international clients and multinational organizations with respect to potential acquisitions.

Through her exposure Yiolanda provides legal advice across a broad spectrum of corporate law matters.
