Agriculture and Rural Property

Helen advises clients on a range of rural matters including purchases, sales and mortgages. She has also dealt with many first registration applications at HM Land Registry including large estates and farms. In addition Helen deals with other rural property related matters including utilities services, licences, easements, and agricultural tenancies. Helen advises all types of landowners including individuals, companies and charities.

Helen read law at the University of Exeter graduating in 2015. She then went onto achieve a distinction in her Legal Practice Course and LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Birmingham. She trained as a solicitor at Hewitsons and qualified into the Agriculture and Rural Property Team in September 2018.
