Bryan advises on a full range of non-contentious commercial real estate matters including sales and acquisitions, development work, overage and option agreements, mineral leases, funding and leasehold work (including pre-let agreements). Having once worked as a commercial geologist in the extraction and construction industries, Bryan has direct experience of mineral extraction operations, site investigations and remediation projects and is able to provide a unique link between clients and their professional consultants.

Bryan has a BSc from Durham University and a MSc from the University of Exeter.  He was previously a commercial geologist before qualifying as a solicitor with Howes Percival in 2008.  He joined Hewitsons in 2016.
