Hauke advises on a wide range of Private Wealth matters including Wills, Inheritance Tax and Succession Planning, the administration of Estates (including intestacies and estates with relievable assets and foreign assets), Deeds of Variation and Deeds of Disclaimer (under both Wills and Intestacies) and Powers of Attorney.

A member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).

Hauke read English Law and German Law at the University of Exeter and spent the final year of his dual qualification degree course at Saarland University in Germany. He trained as a Solicitor at Hewitsons and qualified in 2007.
